The 2009 vintage a medium style (18 grams/litre of residual sugar), will be a walk on the 'wild' side for many wine lovers, but the 'wild' is simply a reference to the use of indigenous father than cultured yeasts. Pale yellow, it's a fleshy Marlborough wine with generous, peachy, citrusy flavours, showing some toasty, bottle-aged complexity.
