Michael Cooper (2004 Vintage) says
Still on sale, the 2004 vintage was fermented and lees-aged for a year in French oak barriques (40 per cent new). Maturing well, it's a creamy wine with grapefruit, toasty oak and slight butterscotch flavours, woven with fresh acidity, in a distinctly cool-climate style.

Michael Cooper (2003 Vintage) says
The pale yellow 2003 vintage is flavoursome, buttery and toasty, with a strong oak influence. Harvested in early May at 22.5 brix, it was fermented and lees-aged for 10 months in French oak barriques (30 per cent new). A slightly limey wine, cut with fresh acidity, it shows some complexity and richness, and should be at its best mid 2005+.
