Whole bunch-pressed, (relatively) warm-fermented, and 11 months' maturation in French oak followed. Brightly coloured, it is a very complex Chardonnay in terms of flavour and texture, with cashew, fig, spice, white peach and grapefruit all engaged in an ever-changing courtly dance.
