So how do they make a wine low calorie you ask? A little winemaking trickery that's how, allowing the alcohol to be removed (which also removes some the calories with it).
The good news is that the resultant wine is super easy to drink, light, soft and sherbety with juicy sweet lemony fruit and a very soft an easy palate. It's a very easy wine to begin with this one and perfect for anyone new to bubbly.
Winemaker's Notes
Pale lemon, lime colour with light green hues. Lifted zesty citrus fruit with green apple fruit aromas. A fresh and lively palate with sweet tropical fruit flavours. The crisp acid balances perfectly with the sweet fruit to give a long, lingering finish.
