A pristine, floral and lightly grassy bouquet of melon and mango, pear and apple reveals a hint of gooseberry. Underpinned by a fine chalkiness, the palate is round, juicy and generous, with a bright presence of citrusy flavour that finishes dry and savoury with a tight line of acidity.

A tidy dry white with the varieties fresh apple & nashi pear character and appealing texture. A good crisp dry white and excellent chardonnay alternative.

Punchy, brightly lit and profoundly varietal, this rich, round and generous young chenin has a lightly herbal, tobaccoey fragrance of white peach and melon with fresh creamy undertones. It's long and smooth, with a juicy, mouthfilling fruitiness and crunchy, faintly pulpy texture, finishing with soft acids and the slightest sweetness.

Lively, ripe almost tropical fruit aromas; juicy, simple and clean, with good acidity on the finish.

Coriole achieves more with this bland variety than others; 30-year-old vines also help; pear, citrus and passionfruit flavours; good length and a crisp finish.

Generous, dry and easy drinking, with ripe, confectionery and tobaccoey, melon-like fruit backed by a light grassiness and lightly smoky vanilla oak, this soft, approachable and forward young chenin finishes smooth and gentle, with no hard edges.

A typically fruity and confectionary chenin blanc with lightly grassy aromas of stonefruit and lemon. Soft and juicy, its mouthfilling palate of fresh tropical and peachy flavour finishes with pleasing length and smooth acids.

Jeremy Oliver (2005 Vintage) says
A clean and refreshing wine whose herbaceous aromas of tinned tropical fruits are backed by shaded nuances of capsicum. For ward, juicy and slightly sweet, It's both very ripe and herbal, with some pleasingly intense tropical and lemon flavours backed by grassy influences. Finishes clean and refreshing, with lingering pear-like fruit.

As ever with Coriole, has that little extra zip and bite, reminiscent of Primo Estate La Biondina; fresh finish.

Jeremy Oliver (2003 Vintage) says
Genuinely tight, finely balanced, austere and refreshing chenin blanc in itself no small achievement. There's a dusty herbal aspect to its lightly tropical aromas, while its palate is generous and approachable, with some varietal vegetal notes behind its tropical/melon/apricot flavours. Long and dry.
