Here's a bit of low-alcohol (10.5%) fun in a bottle from Coriole. It's a light, drier style of prosecco that shows some stone fruits, apples and lemons on the nose, with just a whiff of dried herbs. The palate is light-bodied and spritzy, with green apples and lemon curd flavours, balanced acidity, a milky mouthfeel, and a subtle, refreshing finish. A wonderful aperitif wine!
The nose displays red apple, floral and citrus notes.
The palate is fresh, delicate and dry. A vibrant, pure Prosecco that shows a fine bead with a crisp, refreshing finish.
