Michael Cooper (2007 Vintage) says
Grown in Hawke's Bay, the 2007 vintage is a fruit-driven style, handled without oak. It's a full-bodied wine (14.5 per cent alcohol) with ripe grapefruit-like flavours, a slightly creamy texture and good immediacy.

Michael Cooper (2004 Vintage) says
High-flavoured, the robust, peachy and creamy-smooth 2002 vintage from this Hawke's Bay winery was oak-aged for 10 months. The 2004 is an unoaked style, big-bodied (14.5 per cent alcohol), with fresh fruit aromas. It's a buoyantly fruity wine with very good depth of grapefruit, apple and lime flavours, very crisp and lively.

Michael Cooper (2002 Vintage) says
High-flavoured, with lots of character, the 2002 vintage from this Hawke's Bay winery was hand-picked and oak-aged for 10 months. It's a powerful, robust wine (14 per cent alcohol) with ripe, peachy fruit flavours, toast and butterscotch characters adding richness and a creamy-smooth finish.
