Expert Reviews

Michael Cooper (2009 Vintage) says
Grown in the Port Hills at Christchurch, the 2009 vintage is an off-dry wine (6 grams/ litre of residual sugar), lees-aged in tanks. It's a pleasant, Pinot Grigio style, light and lemony, with a slightly spicy, crisp finish.

Michael Cooper (2008 Vintage) says
Grown in the Port Hills at Christchurch, the 2008 vintage is a dry style, mostly handled in tanks, but 20 per cent of the blend was lees-aged in mature barrels. It's a lemony, crisp wine, with slightly funky notes, but lacks fragrance and richness.
