Ray Jordan (2011 Vintage) says
An understated well-made chardonnay based on quality fruit and a little winemaking intervention. Barrel fermentation and some lees influence has built the palate creating a fine degree of complexity. The fine minerally grapefruit flavours are precisely focused to a long finish, A nice wine in the short term.

James Halliday (2010 Vintage) says
Bright straw-green; a beautifully made and balanced wine, with all the ingredients in the right places; white peach and creamy cashew notes on the palate meet gentle citrus acidity on the finish, barrel-ferment oak woven quietly through the wine.

Ray Jordan (2010 Vintage) says
This classy chardonnay has been given the barrel fermentation treatment with only a light lees impact so it retains a light fresh elegance. At the same time there are stacks of fruit intensity with the oak in perfect sync. Touches of brioche, cream and light stone fruit plus a little lightly roasted almond. A complex impressive wine.

Clean, zesty hit of lemon and white, floral, varietal fruit with plenty of oak to balance.
