James Halliday (2011 Vintage) says
Picked 4 May '11, unoaked but with lees contact for nine months; part wild, part inoculated fermentation, mlf occurring naturally. Bright straw-green; throwing all the focus on the fruit has worked very well, for the palate is full of flavour spanning nectarine, white peach and grapefruit, with a slightly creamy note ex mlf and lees contact.
Rob Geddes MW (2006 Vintage) says
Very youthful pear like chardonnay with oat meal wine making elements with overall delicacy for a 6 yo wine in 2013.The palate is fresh and primary and the pear and just ripe nectarine fruit is fresh and vibrant and unevolved on the palate with the finish very long and peaking in terms of flavour complexity.Combines the medium body of Macedon with silky of great chardonnay with the growers purity of fruit and technique to produce a wonderful wine.

James Halliday (2000 Vintage) says
Medium yellow-green; some nutty, bottle-developed complexity drives the bouquet, but the palate still presents clean and clear nectarine and white peach fruit, with more than average flavour for unwooded Chardonnay.
