Cracka Review

Direct from the picturesque Southern Highlands of NSW comes this soft and fruity merlot. Aromas of fleshy black fruits and plums run around the nostrils, whilst the palate is medium-bodied, smooth and sweetly-fruited, with a plummy centre, a lick of dark chocolate, gentle tannins, and a mellow, juicy finish. It would be great with coq au vin.

Nick Stock (2006 Vintage) says
This lighter-bodied merlot has bright, light red berries, cherries and tart plum fruits. They've enriched it with a swathe of toasty oak that adds sweeter spice to the palate, meaty aromas and a bigger frame of tannin than the fruit deserves.
