Dada White Blend

Expert Reviews

Michael Cooper (2007 Vintage) says
Labelled simply as 'a blended, dry white wine from New Zealand' but expensive, Dada 1 2007 is from a Hawke's Bay producer. Pale lemon/green, with a slightly funky bouquet, it is not labelled as Sauvignon Blanc because that would 'automatically pigeon-hole the wine and the benchmark default to Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc'. Full of personality, it is dry, peachy, spicy and slightly toasty, in a youthful, complex style with a long finish. Alluviale Blanc 2008 (above) is from the same winemakers, Kate Galloway and David Ramonteau.
