Here we have a zesty style of chardy that has only been lightly-oaked, and is bright as a button! Lemons, apples, white stone fruits, and pineapple adorn the nose, whilst the palate is lighter-bodied and citrusy, with a slight creaminess to the texture, a decent zip of juicy acidity throughout, and a refreshing, racy finish. Oysters or seared scallops would be awesome with this!

Winemaker's Notes

Appearance: Straw/green, shiny, clear and bright.

Nose: Lifted stone fruit with hints of lime and pineapple.

Palate: Tight and fresh, medium weight, very elegant. Lovely texture and balance. On the finish, the stone fruits are carried by subtle acid.

Food: A blinder of a wine. Half a dozen Coffin Bay oysters will do the trick.
