From a weird and wonderful botrytis-affected, basket-pressed blend of viognier, pinot gris and marsanne, expect an explosive nose of spiced baked apples, poached pears and quince paste, toast and honey, while a massive and cloying plate with huge intensity of bright tropical fruit nectar, moderate acidity leads you to a long balanced finish.
