Mike De Iuliis is a hard name to pronounce for a man making wines that are easy to drink. If you break down the name it’s surprisingly simple, just say "de uli ~ iss" Now we’ve got that out the way you should have a look at this fiendishly good pink wine. It’s predominantly Shiraz with a dose of Pinot and Merlot and shows aromas of raspberry and black fruits. It’s fresh and full of intense berry flavours and feels refreshing on the palate before ending dry. It’s a fabulous match for virtually every cuisine.
This attractive Rose was given its seductive pink hue after the juice made gentle contact with Merlot grape skins. It has vibrant raspberry and cherry aromas with a hint of blackcurrant. The palate is light, crisp and clean. Consume slightly chilled, with good friends and a wide range of cuisines.
