Devil's Corner Cuvee

Cracka Review

Colour: Pale straw. Medium bead with good persistence.
Nose: The emphasis is on the bright and lively aromas of ripe new season’s apples and a citrus fruit tang.
Palate: A well-balanced palate dominated by fresh, crunchy apple flavours, a touch of citrus and just a hint of yeasty complexity. It is lively and fresh in the mouth with a good persistence of flavour and a finish that is dry and refreshing.

Devil's Creek Wine Reviews and Accolades

"From the Tamar Ridge stable, this is a pristine Tasmanian with crystal sheen in the glass. A fresh linen aroma, delicate camomile florals, and a lift of strawberry fruit with a faint background complexing of volatility makes for a superfine and terrific apertif style" - 4 Stars, Tony Love for the Herald Sun, 2009

Clean, fine and zesty, this is an aperitif style sparkling with lemon and lime zest flavours and crisp acidity. A value-for-money style that will benefit from a strong chill.

This has a nice mix of freshness and complexity, with gently yeasty notes on the nose here, apples and a pastry-like savoury thread. There s a hint of pepper and red fruits here too; this wine is impressive for the price. The palate delivers a gentle sweetness, lemon and stone fruit flavours, some red fruits too. This is straightforward and well pitched.
