Diamond Valley is one of the best known wineries in the Yarra Valley. They are well know for their pinot noirs, but their shiraz is one of their best kept secrets. The palate is quite full-bodied, with lush dark cherry flavours, a kiss of chocolate, fine talcy tannins, and a dry, spicy finish.
