DiGiorgio Family Wines Sauvignon Blanc

Cracka Review

Wine Style: Aromatic dry white

Colour: Pale straw, with bright green hues

Nose: Classical passionfruit and gooseberry aromas

Palate: Primary citrus and tropical fruits give way to crisp acidity and a soft finish. Fresh and clean, with lovely balance

This Sauvignon Blanc was produced using partial barrel fermentation in new French oak to add complexity and texture in combination to partial fermentation in stainless steel tanks retaining the varietal characters and freshness of the wine. A combination of flinty mineral notes with ripe tropical flavours gives the wine varietal character, elegance and balance. A wine at home on its own or with many seafood and light dishes.
