Michael Cooper (2011 Vintage) says
Briefly oak-aged (three months in old barrels), the 2011 vintage is enjoyable young, with mouth filling body and generous, peachy, slightly buttery flavours, fresh and lively.

Michael Cooper (2007 Vintage) says
From Lincoln, the debut 2007 vintage was grown in the Dartmoor Valley, lees-aged and handled without oak. It's a full-bodied, slightly sweet wine (6 grams/litre of residual sugar) with ripe, citrusy flavours, offering fresh, easy drinking.
