Domaine Chandon Marlborough Brut

Expert Reviews

Michael Cooper (1994 Vintage) says
From Moet & Chandon's Australian subsidiary, this is a powerful yet refined wine in an intense, yeasty, nutty, complex style, very harmonious and persistent. It is made at the Hunter's winery in Marlborough by Wayne Donaldson of Domaine Chandon (Australia) and Richard Geoffrey of Moet &L Chandon. The 1994 vintage is a blend of Pinot Noir (50 per cent), Chardonnay (41 per cent) and Meunier (9 per cent). Pale straw, it's a richly fragrant, fresh and creamy wine with deep, citrusy, nutty flavours in a very complex and smooth-flowing style.
