This crisp, dry white is made from a blend of grenache blanc, roussanne, clairette and bourboulenc, and shows lots of bright stone fruits, citrus, pears and apples on the nose. The palate is lighter- to medium-bodied and crunchy, with fleshy peach notes, zippy lemony acidity, and a refreshing, chaly finish that just keeps on going. Awesome with grilled white fish.
Tasting: Clear Yellow with golden highlights. Very stylish with a floral exotic bouquet and a full body and explosion of complex tropical floroal fruit favours on palate.
Food: Seafood, fish, white meat and Mediterranean cooking.
Cellaring: Can definitely be enjoyed young but can also be aged with confidence. These whites cellar just as long as the reds.
