This cheeky little Rose is dry in style and made by a method called Saignee. This means that it is made from juicy run off another batch of wine, in this case a grenache-dominant blend. Smells of raspberries, soft pepper spice and rose petals decorate the nose, whilst the palate is light and talcy textured, with red berry flavours, soft tannins, and a dry, juicy finish. Smoked salmon would be great with this!
Bled rosé. Intensity in the nose with raspberries and flowers aromas. A sensation of volume and full-body in mouth. Great for summer meals like brochettes, barbecue, salads or fish.
