Made from Sauvignon Blanc out of the Loire Valley, this is not the usual suspect compared to the NZ savvies. It's unoaked and shows citrus, stone fruits and gooseberries on the nose, along with a hint of dairy a ginger spice. The palate is light, crisp and a tad creamy, with lots of citrus flavours, a talcy texture, and a dry, flinty finish. Excellent with grilled white fish.
Very aromatic, with pleasant notes of vine flower and Sauvignon fruit. On the palate it reveals the freshness and vivacity characteristic of grapes harvested at good maturity. An excellent aperitif that is also outstanding with fish, seafood and some white meats.
