100% from the Chalmers vineyard in Heathcote. Fermented with wild yeast, with no acid added at any stage, nor SO2 until shortly prior to bottling after 12 months on lees. Winemaker Glenn James-Pritchard says, ïI was scared of its flavourÍ early in the maturation phase.
