Nick Stock (2011 Vintage) says
This has a bright and brisk nose with direct citrus and melon fruit aromas; really fresh and lively. The palate s nicely cut with crisp acidity, there s some good weight here, oak is restrained and adds gentle spice and weight to the finish.

Contemporary balance with subtle caramel butter scotch oak and apple to stone fruit. Initial texture is creamy tastes of baked apple with brown sugar and medium long, the finish firm and dry.

The warmest site in a very cool region is always going to be interesting. Delivers a lovely rich varietal fruit in a savoury acid manner.

Glowing green-yellow; an exercise in restraint and balance from start to finish, the melon, fig and stone fruit interwoven with nutty French oak; ready now.

The warmest site in a very cool region is always going to be interesting. Delivers a lovely bright rich varietal fruit in a more mainstream bright manner.

A fine and linear wine with citrus fruit and plenty of toasty oak; medium-bodied with vibrant acidity and a long nutty finish; just a little question on the level of oak for the fruit.

A slightly cooler personality, with subdued citrus fruit and a fine, textured finish.

Slightly firmer and longer than the varietal, though obviously the same winemaking philosophy; more tangy, citrussy elements.

Medium yellow-green; clean, gently complex melon and cashew aromas are followed by a fruit-driven palate with citrus, melon and nectarine, longer but slightly lighter than the other Chardonnay release of the same vintage. Excellent value.
