Cracka Review

Eradus is the name of the Dutch family that own and run this Marlborough winery, and this dry style of pinot gris is a bright, fruity number that would be perfect with Chinese food, especially honey sesame chicken. Ripe peaches and nectarines decorate the nose, along with hints of florals and citrus. The palate is more medium-bodied, dry and fleshy, with plush stone fruit flavours, a slight creaminess to the mouthfeel, bright lemony acidity, and a decent juicy fruit finish.

Winemaker's Notes

White Peach, pear and stone fruits. Displays a lovely smooth texture, with a richness underpinned by the flavours representative of the aromas. Ready to drink now and perfect until 2020. Try with Spicy paella – pan fried scallops – yoghurt with peach.

Alcohol: 13.5%
