James Halliday (2010 Vintage) says
Dedicated to Ernest Shuetz's father (died '12). It is a 55/40/5% blend of cabernet sauvignon, shiraz and merlot, the hand-picked bunches dried on racks for an average of 14 days, and after fermentation, aged in new French oak for 30 months. The colour is bright red-purple; full-bodied, but in no way extractive; it is only on the very complex, spicy, lifted finish that you catch sight of the Amarone method. A major success; 900 numbered bottles made.

James Halliday (2009 Vintage) says
An epic effort: bunches of shiraz (50%), cabernet sauvignon (40%) and merlot (10%) were air-dried on racks for 36 days before crushing and fermentation, then aged in new Hungarian and new and used French oak for two years. It is very difficult to judge by normal standards, and can only be pointed accepting its premise. 1500 (huge) bottles made.
