Expert Reviews

Michael Cooper (2009 Vintage) says
Grown in the Gimblett Gravels and partly barrel-fermented, the 2008 vintage is a mouth filling, minerally wine with good depth of pear, citrus-fruit and apple flavours and a crisp, dry finish. Starting to drink well, the 2009 is full-flavoured, peachy, citrusy and slightly honeyed, with lively acidity. (Sold directly to consumers by Ngatarawa from the Farmgate website.)

Finely balanced, it should mature well. (Sold directly to consumers by Ngatarawa from the Farmgate website.)
