Michael Cooper (2006 Vintage) says
A consistently rewarding North Canterbury wine. The 2006 vintage has floral, slightly honeyed aromas and flavours. Ripe, citrusy and slightly spicy, with hints of passionfruit and pineapple, it's a concentrated, well-rounded wine (19 grams/litre of residual sugar), already enjoyable.

Michael Cooper (2004 Vintage) says
A consistently rewarding North Canterbury wine. The 2004 vintage is tight, crisp and slightly minerally, with strong, citrusy, slightly limey flavours and fine sugar/acid balance (13 grams/litre of residual sugar). An elegant wine, it shows obvious aging potential.

A consistently rewarding North Canterbury wine. Bright, light yellow/green, the 2002 vintage offers strong lemon/lime flavours in a gently sweet style, fresh and lively. Easy drinking in its youth, it also has obvious aging potential.

Michael Cooper (2001 Vintage) says
A consistently rewarding North Canterbury wine. The 2000 is a piercing, cool-climate, slightly Germanic style, light and lively, with delicate, lasting flavours. The 2001 vintage is a freshly scented, medium-dry style with apple and lime aromas and flavours, crisp and lively, with very good depth.

James Halliday (1999 Vintage) says
Light green-yellow; the bouquet is slightly subdued, but the wine comes into its own on the palate Ñ long, crisp and intense, with a lovely balance of lemon, lime and mineral flavours, finishing dry.

James Halliday (1998 Vintage) says
Light yellow-green; the bouquet is clean, moderately intense with delicate lime blossom aromas replicated on the palate, although the wine then does soften and finish slightly short.

Michael Cooper (1998 Vintage) says
The floral, lively, richly flavoured 1997 vintage got this North Canterbury wine off to a strong start. The 1998 is very similar. Freshly scented, it's a slightly sweet style with strong, zingy lemon/lime flavours and a lingering finish. A good buy.
