James Halliday (2009 Vintage) says
A wonderfully fragrant bouquet, with passionfruit and citrus aromas that in turn provide the no less delicious flavours of the light- to medium-bodied palate.

Nick Stock (2007 Vintage) says
Pierro's stylish second-tier wine is a cool, restrained Margaret River blend, showing bright tropical and melon fruits, gentle grassy notes too. The palate's crisp and sports impressive focus and textural class often missing in these blends; lingering, sizzling acidity keeps lemon and green mango flavours burning long through the finish.

James Halliday (2006 Vintage) says
Clean, fresh and expressive aromas offer a mix of herbaceous through to more tropical fruit, setting the scene for the medium-bodied, harmonious palate.

James Halliday (2005 Vintage) says
Firm, clean grass/herb/mineral aromas; a softer palate moving into ripe apple and gooseberry fruit.

James Halliday (2004 Vintage) says
Light straw-green; delicate, well balanced, but with modest varietal fruit.

Ray Jordan (2003 Vintage) says
Exquisite wine chock fully of yummy sweet as a nut fruits showing a fine blend of gooseberry0-like sauvignon blanc and dusty lemony grassy Semillon. The balance works well. Tasted pretty soon after bottling and it will start to come up in a few months. Love the delicate acidity
Ray Jordan's 2004 WA Wine Guide 2004
James Halliday (2002 Vintage) says
Light to medium green-yellow; a complex and intense array of aromas moving from herb, to gooseberry thence to peach logically introduces a rich, full-flavoured wine with abundant ripe fruit on the palate.
Australian Wine Companion 2004 2003
James Halliday (2001 Vintage) says
Light to medium yellow-green; a light mix of gooseberry and mineral on the bouquet leads into a wine that is well-weighted on the mid-palate, but which softens markedly on the finish.
Australian Wine Companion 2003 2002
James Halliday (1999 Vintage) says
Light green-yellow; the bouquet is clean, offering some herb and mineral aromas followed by a pleasant medium-weight wine with attractive mid-palate fruit and a relatively dry finish.
