Here we have a fuller-bodied style of shiraz out of Langhorne Creek from an excellent South Australian vintage. There's lots of dark berries and plums on the nose, with whiffs of mocha and mint joining the party. The palate is quite rich and fruity, with a generous lick of oak, gentle chocolaty tannins, and a spiced fruit finish that leaves an impression. It's great value for those who like there reds with a little more grunt, and would be great with a beef stew.

Nose: Stylish, Youthful and dominated by Blackcurrant, mulberries, and cassis with a suggestion of mint, vanilla oak, plum and dark chocolate aromas.
Palate: Blackcurrant, mulberries, mixed with dark chocolate and mint.
Soft tannins with spice and nutmeg flavours. The Vanilla oak is balanced with a rich fruit mid-palate and long finish.
Food: Enjoy with pizza, pasta, chicken, lamb and other hearty dishes, as well as richly flavored cheeses.
