Flying Fish Cove Wildberry Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Cracka Review

Concentrated blackcurrants and molasses flavours lie underneath lifted notes of nougat and raspberry. The palate shows rich fruit with textured graininess from the use of French oak barrels and super ripe tannins. This is Margaret River Cabernet at its best.

James Halliday (2007 Vintage) says
Good purple-red; blackcurrant and earth aromas lead into a succulently rich, ripe and juicy palate with sweet black and red fruit flavours over a more savoury/earthy underlay.

Ray Jordan (2007 Vintage) says
Quality cabernet sauvignon here. It's firm and tightly held with deep and powerful fruit intensity coiled around some quality oak and sinewy tannins. Great structure for this style and a wine that will drink better with age.
