Nose: Complex aromas of violets, blueberries, truffles, oak and cloves.

Palate: Supple and velvety with flavours of cherry, plum and licorice and a hint of orange peel and cocoa. Fine grained tannins and mature oak, on the finish.

Food matches: Red wine and fennel braised short ribs with parmesan and thyme polenta.
