Jeremy Oliver (2005 Vintage) says
Delicate floral aromas of lime juice and minerals precede a fine, supple, clear and stylish palate that delivers a lingering core of juicy citrus fruit culminating in a chalky, dry and slatey finish of some austerity. There's plenty of concentrated flavour and some admirable elegance and refinement.
Australian Wine Annual 2010 2009
James Halliday (2005 Vintage) says
Fragrant, sweet lemon blossom aromas; a very delicate palate, again with persistent blossom characters; drink now or much later.
Australian Wine Companion 2007 2006
James Halliday (2004 Vintage) says
Spotlessly clean passionfruit and lime aromas; delicate, fresh, minerally palate; long finish.

Jeremy Oliver (2004 Vintage) says
A fresh, delicate and pristine cool climate riesling whose accentuated perfume of pear, apple and lime juice reveals powerful floral qualities. Supple and restrained, its pleasingly juicy palate of lime marmalade has a slight crunchiness, with an intense and persistent core of fruit that steadily builds in the mouth.
Australian Wine Annual 2006 2005
Jeremy Oliver (2003 Vintage) says
Racy, lean and refreshing cool climate riesling with a musky floral note to its lime/apple fragrance. Finely sculpted, its penetrative apple, pear and lime flavours finish fresh and citrusy with a lingering powdery finish. Pristine, tight and balanced.
Australian Wine Annual 2005 2004
James Halliday (2003 Vintage) says
The bouquet is pure crystalline fragrance, the palate in the same mode. Zippy, lively and crisp, with flecks of chalk and slate through the fruit core of lime and apple; has immaculate balance and length.
Australian Wine Companion 2005 2004
James Halliday (2001 Vintage) says
Light to medium green-yellow; a spotlessly clean, fine and delicate bouquet has a mix of florals, spice and lime; the palate has excellent structure and balance, simply needing time for the fruit to fully express itself, which it will do. Stelvin closure.
Australian Wine Companion 2003 2002
James Halliday (2000 Vintage) says
Each time I taste this wine it gets better, although the aging process is appropriately slow. The crisp aromas of mineral, toast, apple and lime are barely changed, and there is excellent intensity and balance to the gende mix ofJime, citrus and apple fruit of the palate. Stelvin capped.
Australian Wine Companion 2004 2003
James Halliday (1999 Vintage) says
Light green-yellow; the fresh, delicate and youthful palate is crisp and clean; the palate is more open, with good weight and sweet lime, nectarine fruit and an incipient touch of honey.
Australian Wine Companion 2001 2001
James Halliday (1998 Vintage) says
Light green-yellow; the bouquet is fragrant, with distinct herb/herbal notes together with more minerally/kerosene characters. The palate is very tight and intense, with mineral, lime and herb flavours on a long finish. In its absolute infancy.
