Gladstone Vineyard 12,000 Miles Sauvignon Blanc

Cracka Review

A typical Wairarapa Sauvignon Blanc nose of Granny Smith apples, green capsicum and lemonade . There is a citrus note of lemon peel that complements the mineral undertones and length of the palate. The wine is crisp and fresh with a restrained elegance. Drink now, or cellar for up to two years.

Gladstone Vineyard 12,000 Miles Sauvignon Blanc

Expert Reviews

Nick Stock (2012 Vintage) says
A really simple and quite strident sauvignon blanc that leads with lime, ahead of passionfruit and tangy lemon. Decent length and persistence here; acid holds the finish.

Nick Stock (2011 Vintage) says
This is a well-priced sauvignon that has basic, straight-shooting style. Aromas sit in the tropical spectrum and have a papaya and lime edge; the palate's crisp and tangy, with soft and easy style. Decent value.

Michael Cooper (2008 Vintage) says
From Gladstone Vineyard, the 2008 vintage is a fresh Wairarapa wine with melon and green-capsicum flavours, crisp and dry.
