The 2010 vintage is a blend of Hawke's Bay and Gisborne grapes, fermented and lees-aged for 10 months in predominantly French oak barriques. It's an upfront style, full-bodied and creamy, with plenty of peachy, biscuity flavour, ripe and rounded. Enjoyable young.

The easy-drinking 2008 vintage is a blend of Matakana (70 per cent) and Hawke's Bay (30 per cent) grapes, fermented and lees-aged for 10 months in predominantly French oak barriques (30 per cent new). Fleshy and smooth, it has plenty of ripe, peachy, slightly toasty and buttery flavour, with a well-rounded finish. Ready.
