Grown near Renwick, in Marlborough, the 2006 vintage was hand-harvested and mostly fermented and lees-aged for six months in tanks; 5 per cent of the blend was barrel-fermented. More Loire Valley than Marlborough in style, it's a subtle wine with fresh, pure flavours of ripe grapefruit and lime that build well across the palate, good weight and a rounded finish.
