Greystone Sand Dollar Waipara Pinot Gris

Expert Reviews

Michael Cooper (2011 Vintage) says
A dry style, the 2010 has substantial body and deep, peachy, slightly spicy flavours. Fresh, tight and minerally, with lively acidity, it shows excellent concentration. The 2011 vintage is similar - very elegant, rich, vibrantly fruity and poised, with an oily texture and strong, dry (4 grams/litre of residual sugar), peachy, spicy flavours, just waiting to unfold.
