Haan Chanticleer Cabernet Sauvignon Brut Rose

Out of Stock

Cracka Review

A lively wine with quite noticeable florals and a tiny touch of Cabernet leafiness. The colour is dusky rose and being from cabernet will tend to hold its brilliance much longer than other red varieties. Chanticleer is made sparkling in the traditional bottle fermented method after ageing on lees.

Only small quantities are disgorged at any one time to enable the longest time on lees. Truly a magnificent aperitif which is quite flavoursome to the degree it can be enjoyed with more traditional dishes as well as finger-foods.
