Tannat is known for having some sturdy tannins, but they have been managed quite well in this plush style of wine. Dark berries, star anise spice, a touch of mint and some florals decorate the nose, whilst the palate is fuller-bodied and succulent, with a solid thread of tannins, bright acidity, and a nice spicy finish. Great with BBQ ribs!
A true expression of terroir, this wine does not disappoint with its array of blueberry, mulberry and purply fruit notes. A powerful full bodied wine with ardent structure and a lengthy finish. If that is not justification enough please refer back to the first paragraph to which we say: Keep ‘em coming!!
This wine works exceptionally well with Argentinian grilled beef ribs.
