Hanging Rock Black Label Cambrian Rise Heathcote Shiraz

Cracka Review

Appearance: Deep red with a cherry red and slightly purple hue.

Nose: Intense all spice and cedar aromas with notes of chocolate and cherries.

Palate: Plum, spice and white pepper are the dominate flavours of the wine, however the most exciting thing is the texture an d structure. The velvet tannin blend so well with the round lush mouth feel of the wine. To us this feeling of power with elegance is a quintessential tell tale of a well made Heathcote wine.
