If you're one of the very few people who is genuinely allergic to the small amounts of preservatives used in almost all winemaking (sulphur dioxide being the main culprit), or even if you just like vibrant, bold young red wine, then rush out and buy this, because it's excellent. It's deep purple, with spicy concentrated but medium-light blackcurrant fruit, and heaps of fun. But be quick—because it hasn't got any preservatives, we think it will begin to decline from Christmas onwards.
