Cracka Review

This is a devilishly fun moscato that is low in alcohol (6%), a tad sweet, and really pretty. Scents of musksticks, subtle red fruits and citrus waft out of the glass, before the fun starts on the palate with a sweet entry, a sexy spritz, and a fresh finish that is bound to have you reaching for that second glass. Put a chill on it and enjoy with your BFFs.

Winemaker's Notes

Only the freshest components were used as this wine style needs to be light and bright rather than heavy with concentrated flavour. The wine is only fermented for about half the time of a normal wine, leaving all the natural sugars of the grapes (especially the Muscat) unfermented providing the sweetness. This sweetness is balanced by the fresh acidity of the Riesling so that there is no cloying feeling. The low alcohol level also contributes to the lightness and freshness of the wine. This really is a wine for enjoying – not discussing!

Appearance: Bright with the lightest of pink hues.

Nose: An amazing lifted aroma with the classic perfume of Muscat with zesty lime and floral hints.

Palate: The freshest and zippiest palate of all wines, a bit of very light fizz, crisp and fresh with beautiful floral flavours and amazing sweetness. It will be hard to stop at one.

Alcohol: 6%
