Ray Jordan (2011 Vintage) says
Oh boy, anther terrific sauvignon blanc from this vineyard which seems to pump them out year after year. This has all of that abundant tropical ripe fruit but with a tight restraining acid that controls and carries the flavour to a very long finish. Zippy acid is supported by a splash of lemon zest. Lovely round palate.

Continues the outstanding run with this variety from this small producer. And I have to say that I reckon this is the best savvy yet, which is saying something given wheat they have produced in the past. Vibrant powerful gooseberry and tropical fruits with a zingy crisp acid that sustains a very long palate.

Another really impressive sav blanc from these guys. I liked last years, and this one shows even more natural sweet fruit intensity but with a dry crisp acid finish. Typical regional crunchy gooseberry and limey tropical fruit on the nose carries to a sustained and beautifully intense palate. There is a real subtle restraint in here but no loss of precise palate intensity.

Very appealing Sauvignon Blanc Blanc showing an almost New Zealand intensity; this is why I think this region will be so good for sav Blanc. Crunchy gooseberry and limey tropical fruit on the nose carries to a sustained and beautifully intense palate. Wonderful freshness and palate life. Really promising.
