Hirsch Hill Estate Yarra Valley Chardonnay

Cracka Value Rating

Cracka Review

The Yarra Valley and Chardonnay go hand in hand and at Cracka we are suckers for this style of white that is just so good with food. Hirsch Hill breed racehorses but they also craft wines with 100% estate fruit so we’d put a bet on this wine to race down your palate before you say “Giddy Up”. Varietal flavours of melon, pineapple and peach on the nose lead to a fresh, delicate palate that deserves to be paired with a roast chicken dish.

Winemaker's Notes

Colour: Light straw green

Aroma: Lifted fruit driven aromas of honeysuckle, pineapple & peach.

Palate: Fresh, delicate, light bodied style with melon, nectarine and a hint of lemon
