Made from traditional Spanish white grapes, this is a lovely little cava (sparkling wine) in a dry style. Aromas of pears, custard apples, lemons and a hint of licorice adorn the nose, whilst the palate is lighter-bodied and quite fruity, with a fine bubble, a talcy texture, and a nice lick of buttered toast on the fresh finish. These wines are great with a slice of quiche, or tempura veggies.

Winemaker's Notes

This Cava is a reflection of our traditional line of cavas through which we seek to respect the personality of traditional varieties to the utmost: refinement, elegance, freshness and balance.

Appearance: A brilliant pale yellow colour. Good carbonic strength with small bubbles.

Nose: A delicate and aromatic herb and floral aroma and rich creamy palate reminiscent of aromatic herbs like “fennel” and citrus notes “orange peel jam” white flower notes.

Palate: Very fresh in the mouth, silky with a wide entry and a long, subtle flowery and toasty end, enhancing the fresh sensation in the mouth.

Grape Variety: Macabeu (32%), Xarel·lo (38%), Parellada (30%).
