Grown and produced out of Argentina by three Aussie winemakers, this sparkling is made from a blend of chardonnay and chenin blanc. It's grown in Mendoza, which is getting quite a reputation for its sparkling wines - even Mumm and Chandon have wineries there. It's not a fruit-driven style, but it would be awesome with some freshly-shucked oysters.
