Expert Reviews

Michael Cooper (2010 Vintage) says
Light and lively, the 2010 vintage is very fresh and crisp, with good intensity of citrusy, slightly appley and spicy flavours. A medium style (20 grams/litre of residual sugar), it shows excellent delicacy and length. Best drinking 2013+

Michael Cooper (2002 Vintage) says
The 2002 vintage is still youthful in colour, with honeyed, minerally characters. Full-bodied and slightly sweet (7 grams/litre of residual sugar), it shows a slight lack of delicacy, but also lots of personality.

Michael Cooper (2000 Vintage) says
The 2000 vintage from this tiny Korokipo winery is minerally and limey, with a rather European feel. It's a medium style (15 grams/litre of sugar) with good body and complexity and a rounded finish.

Michael Cooper (1998 Vintage) says
The 1998 vintage from this tiny Korokipo winery is a scented, zesty wine offering fresh, easy drinking. Full-bodied, it is crisp, clean and flavoursome, with ripe, lemony, limey characters, a dryish finish and good cellaring potential
