Cracka Review

Here's another easy-drinking, off-dry number from Alsace that would make great company for Asian dishes that have a bit of heat. There's lots of apples, pears and white stone fruits on the nose, whilst the palate is lighter-bodied and a touch sweet, with a slippery texture, pear, honey and citrus flavours, and a nice bit of acidity cleaning up the finish. Lovely stuff!

Winemaker's Notes

Appearance: Light, slightly green.

Nose: Fresh and fruity with peach and apple notes.

Palate: Gentle, delicate, a balance of freshness and lightness.

Food: Refreshing with a hint of lemon, this smooth and easy to drink wine perfectly pairs with seafood, fish and other white meats.

Cellaring: One to 3 years.
