We love this style of Rosé because it is fresh, lively and has a savoury dry finish. It also has plenty of juicy raspberry and cherry flavours. This is a wine for any occasion, as it makes a handy pre-dinner drink, but is also a great match with anything from fresh garden salads, barbecued meats or even a spicy Asian stir fry.

Winemaker's Notes

This is a fresh lively ultimately drinkable style of wine, showing the colour of bright strawberry while the nose exhibits lifted fruit characters of raspberry, red cherry red currant along with spice and dried herbs.

The fine palate is soft, juicy and full with ripe berry, spice and red liquorice flavours while the finish is fresh, savoury, crisp and dry. Best served chilled on its own or perfect with a wide range of foods from Mediterranean to spicy Asian styles.

Another winner from one of Margaret River's great-value labels. Pale red colour, really bright in the glass, it smells of bright-red berry fruits with a gentle hint of leaves. The palate's smooth and crisp, balanced and flavoursome.
